The rooms are a good size and very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was wonderful with so many choices- probably the best we have had in all of our travels. And the hotel is ideally situated close to the Metro, supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this hotel. It's a little more 'family run style' than a large hotel, but it has unique character because of this. It's in the perfect location, positioned at the end of the high street and right next to the Metro and supermarket. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very attentive at breakfast. The breakfast was a good range of cold foods including savoury and sweet options. A special thanks to Doha who went out of her way to help us when we had realised we left a rucksack full of our belongings on the bus to Milan! She was so helpful and didn't hesitate to keep trying to help us by calling and translating between a number of companies before we were able to locate our bag. We hope you got our gift and thank you again. Without your help our trip would have not been the same. ❤️

Nice hotel in a good location. Little bit unusual in that it is set into a building rather than a standalone hotel but not an issue In practice. On a busy street so a bit of noise if you are trying to nap in the day but dead quiet at night which was a relief. Very clean, nice breakfast, Netflix, friendly staff, fair price. Decent bars, restaurants, supermarkets nearby and close to a metro station. Would have been nice to have a kettle and complementary bottle of water. No issues overall

Ai Suma Hotel in Milan is an excellent choice for a comfortable and stylish stay. Its central location, close to the metro and main attractions, makes it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean while the friendly staff provide outstanding service and great local recommendations. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, served in a charming dining area. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

I love the proximity to the metro station, I was able to go around with ease. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The supermarket is just a few steps away from the hotel. The room was so cozy, the bed and pillows I really love them. I don’t usually sleep right away but the coziness of everything in the room made me relax and feel at home. The breakfast was good, not much to choose from but good enough to start my day.

Comfortable room despite small size. Very clean. Staff super helpful. Didn’t want for anything. Breakfast was a good spread. Porta Venezia is a handy location and the front door is 20 metres from the metro. Would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great, right next to the metro and 20 minutes walk from the city centre, surrounded by a lot of lovely restaurants and shops. There is also a big supermarket within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was also nice and tasty, and I really liked a lot of flowers in the hotel, it makes you feel like you are at home:). The rooms were super clean as the hotel has every day cleaning service.

I like this hotel because of the location next to the metro and only 3 stops from Duomo. As well as that, it's located in a typical building so it feels like you're living there rather than going into a hotel. The staff was professional and dealt with some issues promptly. The triple room was clean and spacious.
